Visit Royal Palace, Qarawiyyin university. Your day will include stops at the medina, the Medersa (old school), and the legendary tanneries, where ancient techniques are still used to prepare Moroccan leather.
In the late afternoon, you’ll begin the Fes Tasting Tour during which you’ll visit three different food souks, allowing you the chance to try traditional Moroccan street food.
