Science points to the fact that our brains need downtime. We are not computers that can be plugged in 24/7. Some of the best insights you will get, come when your brain is “unwinding”. Our bodies and brains were not designed to handle the chronic stress, that is a part of 21st-century lifestyles. Not just changing your location and taking all your devices with you, but actually powering off.
